Today we performed a live piece in Kapitaal, an “analog printstudio and occassional club” located in Utrecht. We were tasked to perform a live piece, mostly improvised, but with some guidelines – “comprovisation“, our teachers dubbed it. We’ve already had to perform the piece once at the HKU itself, and today we performed in front of a small audience. I was very excited – it’s not something I ever do but it is something I’d love to do more. Talented classmates performing was also a treat, they were all truly amazing.

“Speurhond” – a piece about silence and “herrie” (a Dutch word roughly translating into “uproar” or “noise”).
